In this episode I delve deep into how we see age and where those beliefs have come from. Aging is inevitable, but how we age is profoundly shaped by our mindset. I also give some personal experiences of age, what I have witnessed and how I see age and aging.

The simple act of learning a new skill, pursuing meaningful work, or practicing mindfulness keeps neural pathways flexible and strong.

Studies reveal that people who hold positive perceptions of aging live longer and healthier lives.
