This week I am joined by Author Leif Gregersen who supports and educates others about mental illness. Leif has a fascinating story and he joins me today for a very candid and honest discussion about his life and he uses his own experience having been in psychiatric hospitals and diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder, bipolar disorder and anxiety, to help others to understand what they might be going through, how and when to seek help, how medication can help, and how to manage your daily life. Leif has done extensive research into his diagnosis and mental health, and we are very privileged to have him on the show today to share his experiences.
